Practice What You Preach

The past few weeks there has been a little birdy on my shoulder haunting me to admit my wrongs. One, in particular, was my lack of practicing what I preach.

I always say to live in the present moment, but realistically do I listen to myself? or in a sense, practice what I preach? Not always.

Seeing this as a reoccurring issue, I took matters into my own hands. I slowed down on the writing, disconnected from social media, and truly lived in the holiday spirit.
