Just a few months ago, life was good, travel was booming and there was such thing as a work-life balance. Now, with the coronavirus pandemic, we Americans have had to quickly adjust to wearing masks, staying 6 feet apart, and quarantining.

As we continue to fight and take precautions against the virus, it has stripped us from what we know as our everyday norms. These activities we once participated in, whether it was going to a social gathering at a restaurant or backpacking Europe were the core of society. While we continue to lack these norms - it will, unfortunately, lead to a decline in mental health if it hasn't already.

To ensure we keep ourselves in check it is essential that we in-act coping mechanisms into our daily lives.

A bucket list is a great way to keep your brain thinking while bringing excitement to your everyday being. It is a compilation of goals, dreams, and aspirations you want to accomplish throughout your lifetime. Due to the severity of the pandemic, it has made checking off items on the usual bucket list a bit difficult. So, it is with great thought that one should make a quarantine bucket list filled with all things tangible.
